Payment Options:
You can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan that will include automatic billing for your future payments. When you book, we’ll provide a payment schedule to you so you will know in advance when your payments will be processed. Your initial payment is due at the time of booking and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
Travel Insurance:
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. The purchase of Travel Insurance is optional, but highly recommended to protect you and your investment before and/or during travel.

- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will be added to our automatic billing.
- Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation in the event that it becomes necessary.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel.
- When selecting flights (if arranging own air), we recommend you choose those that arrive in Athens before 3:00pm on June 22, 2024 to ensure you are able to attend any first day group activities.
- Our primary form of contact is email. It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Real Travel Vibes of all email address changes.

Terms & Policies
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All of your payments to Cardiss Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Refunds will not be provided for invalid travel documents.
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. - Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of the airline. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend booking the land only package.
- You can click the link in your email to view your invoice and payment information 24 hours a day.
- If choosing the payment plan option, payments are due according to the payment schedule and are required to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Prior to final payment, name changes may be allowed with a $250 name change fee (please contact us to see if your package qualifies). No name changes are allowed after final payment.
- Late payment of $75 per person per occurrence is required when a payment plan payment is not received by the payment due dates as indicated on your invoice. Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation. In addition, your trip is subject to cancellation if balance is not paid in full by the final payment deadline on your account.
