Automatic Billing Plan

 

You are instantly enrolled in our automatic billing plan when you select a payment plan. You can relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate and create an automatic billing plan and you will know in advance the days that you payments will be processed. Your initial payment/deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

What is automatic billing?
Automatic billing is used to pay the entire remaining balance of your reservation via automatic billing. This is done using the credit card you made the initial payment with.

What are the advantages of automatic billing?
It’s convenient and free. Payments are automatically divided. No chance of forgetting to pay, cancellation of your reservation, or being assessed a late fee.

Will I be notified before I am charged?
Yes, will email you payment reminders if you are enrolled in our automatic billing plan. You will also receive an email confirmation after each payment is processed.

How many payments will I have and when will they be due?
Automatic payments will be scheduled according to the payment schedule you see when making your reservation and as listed on your invoice.

Is my credit card information safe?
Our online merchant companies comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures.

What if a credit card is declined during the payment plan?
When a card is declined during your automatic payment plan, we will attempt to charge your card two days later. If your card is declined a second time, you will receive an email to make a payment immediately or your reservations will cancel.

What if a credit card expires or a new credit card is issued during the payment plan?
When a card has expired or if you would like to add a new credit card to your plan, please email us at info@realtravelvibes.com and we will send a secure credit card authorization form to update the card information.

 

Some trips offer the ability to opt out of automatic billing, before booking please contact us at info@realtravelvibes.com to let us which trip you are interested in and we can confirm whether the ability to turn off auto payments is available.  If available for that trip, at the client’s request, after booking we can setup your invoice WITHOUT the auto-pay feature and you will just need to manually go in and make your payments as outlined on the payment plan.
