Referral Program

The goal of our Referral Program is to introduce others to Real Travel Vibes and to reward you for your referrals to our group trips.

Registration
In order to be acknowledged and to receive an incentive for your referrals, you must complete the registration and fill out a w-9.  To register, send an email to info@realtravelvibes.com.

Include the following in your email…

• • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Affiliate Name and/or Affiliate Code
  • Name payouts should be made out to
  • Mailing address for payouts
  • Completed w-9 form (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf)

Booking/Reservation Process
As your referrals complete the booking/reservation process and pay their initial deposit/payment, they will be asked how did they hear about us. The referral should enter your name or code when prompted.

Please note that bookings/reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis and space will not be held without a deposit/payment.

Tracking
Real Travel Vibes will keep track of your booked referrals by your  name or code. Each month, you will receive a list off all your confirmed referrals that have booked and/or made their full and final payment.

Incentive Awards
Not all trips will qualify for incentives. Please check this page often for the current referral incentives and booking windows.  

• • Cabo 2024 – $40 per booked and paid in full referral – Booking Window: 11/21/2023 – 12/31/2023
  • Friends & Family Cruise 2024 – $35 per booked and paid in full referral – Booking Window: 05/31/2023 – 07/31/2023, 11/21/2023 – 12/31/2023 
  • Jamaica 2024 – $40 per booked and paid in full referral – Booking Window: 05/31/2023 – 07/31/2023
  • Greece 2024 – $100 per booked and paid in full referral – Booking Window: 05/31/2023 – 07/31/2023, 11/21/2023 – 12/31/2023
  • Dubai 2024 – $100 per booked and paid in full referral – Booking Window: 05/15/2023 – 07/31/2023, 11/21/2023 – 12/31/2023

Payouts
You can choose to receive the payout through a cash payment (via check/electronic transfer) or if you are traveling we can deduct the respective payout amount from your final payment. A completed w-9 must be on file to receive a payout. No payouts will be made for cancelled bookings/reservations.
