Payment Options:
You can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan that will include automatic billing for your future payments. When you book, we’ll calculate and evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance when your payments will be processed. Your initial payment is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge. Travel Insurance:
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. Travel Notes:
- Covid Testing and Vaccination requirements change rapidly. Please see the latest information by visiting https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/COVID-19-Country-Specific-Information.html.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email no later than 14 days prior to travel.
- Our primary form of contact is email. It is your responsibility to notify Real Travel Vibes of all email address changes.
- This is an adult-only trip open to men and women.
Terms & Policies
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All of your payments to Real Travel Vibes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Traveling to the Costa Rica requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire on or before July 28, 2026.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are often required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Refunds will not be provided for invalid travel documents.

- You can click the link in your email to view your invoice and payment information 24 hours a day.
- If choosing the payment plan option, payments are due according to the payment schedule and are required to keep your reservations current.
- Roommates must book on the same day and list the other traveler’s name as their selected roommate when asked during the booking process.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If they do not meet the payment deadlines your booking will be repriced and changed to single occupancy at a potentially higher current rate.
- No name changes are allowed.
- Late payment of $30 per person per occurrence is required when a payment plan payment is not received by the payment due dates as indicated on your invoice. Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation. In addition, your trip is subject to cancellation if balance is not paid in full by the final payment deadline on your account.
