Payment Options:
You can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan that will include automatic billing for your future payments. When you book, we’ll calculate and evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance when your payments will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge
Travel Insurance:
- Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. The purchase of Travel Protection is optional, but highly recommended to protect you and your investment before and/or during travel.

- Traveling on this cruise requires valid travel identification. U.S. Citizens must either have U.S. Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after your cruise or an official US Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card. Take a look at identification today to be sure they valid.
- Refunds will not be provided for invalid travel documents.

- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Galveston one day before departure.
- Our primary form of contact is email. It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Real Travel Vibes of all email address changes.
- This cruise is open to all (women, men, and children).
Terms & Policies
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All of your payments to Real Travel Vibes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- You can click the link in your email to view your invoice and payment information 24 hours a day.
- Prior to final payment, name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee. No name changes are allowed after final payment.
- Late payment of $50 per person per occurance is required when a payment is not received by the payment due dates as indicated on your invoice. In addition, your trip is subject to cancellation if balace is not paid in full by the final payment deadline on your account.
