Payment Options:
You can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan that will include automatic billing for your future payments. When you book, we’ll calculate and divided the total into easy payments so you will know in advance when your payments will be processed. Your initial payment is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
Travel Insurance:
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. The purchase of travel insurance is optional, but highly recommended to protect your investment before and/or during travel.

Travel Notes:
- Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
- Refunds will not be provided for invalid travel documents.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Real Travel Vibes and Cardiss Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy – roommate match” on the order form. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.
- Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.
- If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on September 23, 2004. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on September 22, 2004. You should also schedule your departure flight for September 29, 2004.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 21 days prior to travel.
- Our primary form of contact is email. It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Real Travel Vibes of all email address changes.
Terms & Policies
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All of your payments to Real Travel Vibes and Cardiss Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- If you choose our payment plan, payments are required as listed on the invoice to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Roommate Matching is available.
- Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
- If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.
- You can click the link in your email to view your invoice and payment information 24 hours a day.
- Name Change Fee – $200 before final payment date on your invoice; No name changes are allowed after final payment.
- Late payment of $50 per person per occurrence is required when a payment plan payment is not received by the payment due dates as indicated on your invoice. Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation. In addition, your trip is subject to cancellation if balance is not paid in full by the final payment deadline on your account.
